What guitar grade is “Shine on you crazy diamond” by Pink Floyd?
I can play this piece perfectly and my guitar teacher assures me that it is grade 7 or 8 due to the technicalities however I am taking my grade 6 and do not know if it will be approapriate. In the rock-school grading system you are allowed to play something you have learned previously for your grade. I am taking grade 6 – Will shine be appropriate?

Its not so hard, much easier than grade 6 piano pieces… I would think that grade 8 would be much more complex like maybe a jazz piece with note for note solos or a fast rock tune
