GUITAR: Where to find the best starter kits?
One of the new things I want to do for 2009 is to learn playing bass. I know that the best thing to do is find a "kit" but I do not know if I should ask for a line or try to find a music store. I heard that the kit comes with everything: strings, cushion cover, strap, amplifier and cables, and even free lessons on DVD some games. But how do you know which is better? And if you watch a certain type of bass, if you are left or right? And when you know it is time switch from "cheaper" for low more professional?
There are several starter kits, if I were you, I would like The Squier (Fender) kit. Not only a right and a good game in, but could lead to a professional guitar technology to create or, if necessary one point for repair. Some of the very flight that technicians will not work. They come in your choice of left or right handed and I would say, you know when you need to move forward and will not play regularly on stage before. Part of this team that does not really play is the amplifier. Should have a more powerful before it's playing on stage. Good luck.
