Sublime to the entrance to Rome to visit the United Kingdom
Sublime with Rome is a collaboration between Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh from Sublime and Ramirez Rome. Rome singer and guitarist Ramirez had done previously with Wilson and Gaugh time to time, including premiums YouTube session and attempt to Sublime. It was clear Ramirez not replace the singer and guitarist Sublime, Bradley Nowell, who died in 1996.
Sublime was a reggae fusion band from Long Beach, California formed in 1988. The original band line-up consists of Bradley Nowell (vocals and guitar), Bud Gaugh (drums) and Eric Wilson (bass). Lou Dog, Nowell Dalmatian, was the mascot of the band. Nowell died of a heroin overdose in 1996 and immediately separated sublime.
In 2009, the surviving members decided reform the band with new singer and guitarist of Rome RamÃrez. However, just weeks after performing at the Festival of Cypress Hill Smokeout, a Los Angeles judge has banned the new line to use the name sublime. In January 2010, the lawsuit was settled and the new range now occurs Sublime with Rome.
Sublime with Rome has issued three studio albums: 40 oz to Freedom (1992), Robbin 'the Hood (1994), Sublime (1996). Rome released tribute albums sublime All the love found (2005), Always Free (2006), LBC Lounge-A Tribute to Sublime (2003), EZ Livin's – Tribute To Sublime Hawaii (2006), Badfish Live at The Higher Ground (2008).
