I do not know the frequency of a half step back. See if your application is to tune the strings of 440 Hz (which is standard tuning). If so, the strings (the thicker thinner) should be set Eb, Ab, Db, Gb, Bb, Eb. If you feel brave enough and your ears is good enough, you can set relative to its other chains. E heavy chain may be granted at the first fret on the D string and then, after you can tune all the strings from the E string thickness. That may be a bit harsh. If none of these work, invest in a guitar tuner. Then adjust the strings to Eb, Ab, Db, Gb, Bb and Eb
