How to write vocal lines?
I am a composer and musician, I play and write pieces for guitar, drums and bass. So basically I have a handful of instrumental rock songs I've written and the voices that go with it. I'm not interested in learning how to write Lyrically, I can not reach them, simply do not know how to sing. I guess I'm looking for some direction. I have a keyboard, writing the melody on it, it burns, it plays through headphones when I'm recording the voices for me to be sure I'm reaching the papers presented. But I do not think it sounds good. My guitars are still down and c most of the songs I write are the key c. In addition, some Clips from 3 Days Grace / Godsmack style of singing style. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
